Festival Award Winners
$100 Judge’s Choice Award%20of%20There%20Are%20Good%20Winter%20Days%204.jpg)
This year’s recipient was watercolor artist
Richard Graves of Roseville. Pictured is a
watercolor painting titled “There are Good
Winter Days”.

based on 4
criteria: (a) Artistry, (b) Booth Design, (c) Skill
at
relating with the
public, and (d) Ability to talk about the artwork
and answer questions about his/her artistic process.
$50 People's Choice Award
 The
People’s Choice Award was determined by ballots
submitted by noon on Sunday by art festival
attendees. Winning the most votes was gourd artist
Kristen Treuting of Minneapolis.
